Every aspect of the homebuying experience - from identifying relevant listings and organizing showings - to preparing for closing and navigating new ownership - was made as simple and seamless as possible. My wife and I are both busy professionals, and we did not have the time to continuously remind a Realtor of the information we needed. The first thing, among many, that I appreciated about Michele is that she would steer us away from houses that weren’t a fit for us, even though it meant an even longer, drawn out search. We were close to closing on a house, when a contractor Michele had called in found a serious defect in the flooring and structure of the house, and Michele advised us to walk away. I could count on Michele to tell us the negatives, and this was very, very much appreciated. Michele was *always* available–and on the very rare occasions that she had a meeting or had to be out of town, she made arrangements to have an assistant help us. I know it is isn’t true, but it always felt as though we were Michele’s only clients. She was there to answer questions and to call in inspectors, plumbers, or whoever I needed. And with my busy 60+ hour a week schedule, this was very valuable to me. It took us about 6 months to find and close on the most recent house we have gotten, and Michele was with us every step of the way, with no complaints about viewing house after house after house. She had answers to our questions and was quick and efficient, and we could trust her answers. We will definitely be calling her again for our next property.
